At Dr. Goel’s Orthovedam, all medicines are prepared and delivered under strict quality and safety standards. Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic medicines, we do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered.

At Dr. Goel’s Orthovedam, patient safety, hygiene, and product integrity are our highest priorities. All medicines and healthcare products supplied by us are prepared, packaged, and dispatched under strict quality and safety standards.
Due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic medicines and healthcare products, we do not accept any returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered. This policy helps ensure patient safety and prevents contamination, misuse, or tampering.
Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, returned, or replaced under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, incorrect address provided by the customer, or delay in receiving the order.
Patients are advised to carefully review prescription details, delivery address, and order confirmation before placing an order. In case of visible damage during delivery or incorrect product delivery, customers must notify us immediately upon receipt. However, replacement or resolution will be assessed strictly at the discretion of the clinic based on verification and safety compliance.
Dr. Goel’s Orthovedam shall not be responsible for improper storage, misuse, or incorrect consumption of medicines after delivery.
