At Dr. Goel’s Orthovedam, we aim to provide professional and timely healthcare services. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any consultation or service.

All consultation bookings made through our website https://orthovedam.vercel.app/ require advance online payment. Once a consultation is successfully booked and payment is completed, the appointment is considered confirmed.

No refunds or cancellations are permitted once a consultation has been booked. This policy applies regardless of whether the patient attends the consultation, joins late, or faces personal scheduling conflicts. Time slots are reserved specifically for each patient and cannot be reallocated at short notice.

Patients are advised to ensure availability, correct contact details, and stable internet connectivity before booking an appointment. Missed appointments, late participation, or failure to attend will not qualify for refund, rescheduling, or credit.

In rare cases where a consultation cannot be provided due to technical issues, connectivity failure from our side, or unavoidable operational circumstances, Dr. Goel’s Orthovedam may, at its sole discretion, offer an alternative appointment or appropriate resolution. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

Fees paid for consultations are strictly non-transferable and cannot be adjusted against future appointments unless explicitly approved by the clinic. Medicine orders, once processed and dispatched, are not eligible for cancellation or refund.
